Satisfaction level of students from services offered by the state university libraries of Tabriz

This survey is considering satisfaction level of students from state university libraries services offered in Tabriz. This is a survey research and research population that are chosen through categorized random sampling from percentage type consist of 582 student members of Tabriz state universities libraries. Information is collected by questionnaire. Research findings show that among different academic levels, junior college students have the most satisfaction level (74.3 percent) and among the studied universities, Tabriz medical sciences university obtained the most satisfaction level (78.1 percent). Total satisfaction level was 69.71 percent. Most of the research population members used library in order to read their text-books. Library automation, acquiring digital sources, preparing computers regarding the number of students, teaching computer and Internet, developing photocopying and inter-library loan services are students presented suggestions.
