Virtual library according to the Z39.50 protocol

Present article describes a developing system named virtual library. In designing this system, new advances in the field of virtual lists has been considered and responses have been presented to the points that other researchers have been mentioned. All the information that virtual library holds are according to the Z39.50 protocol, that its major objective is to improve the quality and usefulness of the retrieved information by end-users and better implementation of practical ability with external systems.
