The survey and comparison of the usersʹ satisfaction from the services of central libraries in Shahid Chamran and Ahvaz Medical Science Universities

This research attempts to study the usersʹ satisfaction from the Central Libraries of Shahid Chamran and Ahvaz Medical Science universities. The research method is surveying method and a questionnaire is used to collect the data. The usersʹ satisfaction with regard to different parts of the library including circulation, reference and serials departments and the reading room were considered. Then the total usersʹ satisfaction from the central libraries of the studied universities was compared. The results indicate that there are not any differences in satisfaction of users of libraries in the two universities. The results also show that, there is no relationship between the studentsʹ course of study and the usersʹ satisfaction in the two universities.
