A survey on the quality of the contracted technical services offered to the libraries

Present research uses survey method with a descriptive approach to study the quality of the contracted technical services offered by different companies offering these kinds of services to the libraries in Tehran. Necessary information is collected through distribution of the provided questionnaire among the studied population including managers of 27 companies offering technical services in Tehran. The objective of this survey is to distinguish weakness and strength points of these companies in their offering services to libraries, and suggesting desired ways to cure deficiencies and strengthening the strength points in order to offer these services properly and in conclusion better use of them.
