International flow of information and our national view

Flow of information is a process that along its path information transmitted from the producer to the user. This article tries to consider information and its different kinds from influencing angle on information flow, and with stating different types of information flows and present views, will consider influencing factors on this flow. In continuation, after presenting two international information flow models("to the pitch model" and "from the pitch model") will consider the sharing amount of Iranian scholars from registered articles in ISI and comparing them with 15 countries, will present a panorama of the system of interaction between national information flow and international information flow. At the end some recommendations offered as probable guidelines for policy makers and interior information centers for influencing on international information flow.
