Users satisfaction scope from the services of the library of Jihad Keshavarzi Engineering Research Center

The present survey studies the users satisfaction scope from services, resources, equipments and personnel of the library of the Jihad Keshavarzi Engineering Research Center, Jihad Research Institute and dependent companies. This is a descriptive research and information collected through distribution of a questionnaire among all the users of the said libraries. Findings of the research show that most of the users of the services have bachelors degree or higher. Among information resources existing in the library, highest satisfaction scope allocated to the foreign books and highest dissatisfaction to the foreign periodicals. Among the services offered, the highest satisfaction scope allocated to the way of presentation of new acquisitions of the library and the highest dissatisfaction scope to the regular increase of the collection. Users of the libraries have stated that they are satisfied with the equipments of the studied libraries. According to the findings and obtained conclusions some recommendations are offered to improve services and to increase the scope of satisfaction of the users from the said services.
