Entrance of printing industry into Iran in the middle of the l century Hegira at Safavid Dynasty (1640 A.D.) was along with the use of typography printing press, but after a short period typography printing houses replaced by lithography printing houses and in a 70 years period all Iranian printing houses were in monopoly of lithography printing presses. In this article invention of lithography printing method date of its entrance into Iran and the reason of being common in the country, and its use in the country, the way of printing pictures in these kinds of books, along with analysis of existing resources and articles in Iran is explained in detail.
