چكيده لاتين :
The present research which is an applied study survey method focuses on the juniorsʹ and seniorsʹ attitudes towards different goals of reading such as learning, decision making, pleasure, and its impact on "the reasoned action" and "the last effort" principles. The research proposal consisted of eight hypotheses. Five hypotheses regarded the studentsʹ reading purposes. 253 subjects were asked to fill out a questionnaire. The results gained by T tests showed a significant difference among reading attitudes of the subjects. F tests did not show a meaningful difference among the subjects relating to their majors.
Also, Chi-square tests showed the importance of "the least effort principle" among all the subjects, while the F test didnʹt indicate any significant difference between their majors and "the Ieast effort principle". The last hypothesis showed that "the reasoned action principle" formed the subjectsʹ reading behaviors.
