A Survey of the Atittudeds of Male and Female Highschool Students Towards School Librrary

This research aims at examining the attitudes of male and female highshcool students (those in the third year and in the fourth year at highschool) towards school library. All the male students in 72 educational centers and the female students in 78 highschools in Shiraz, constituted the sample of the study. The studentʹs attitudes towards library were classified in some categories and scales. In addition to the evaluation of the viwes of students on each category, the researchers examined the effects of two variables , namely sex and grade on their views.
