Central Nervous System(CNS),Case a Report

Isolated Central Nervous System vasculitis or Primary Angitis of the CNS (PACNS) is a rare condition that involve the CNS. In fact it is a kind of vasculitis, which is confined to the CNS, and there is not any evidence of extra - CNS involvement. The patient who is presented is a 39 years old woman who admitted in neurological? emergency ward of Ghaem hospital with several neurological symptoms. Her brain imaging showed multifocal brain hemorrhages frequently. Despite diagnostic evaluation, there wasnʹt any explanation for these hemorrhages; so streotaxic brain biopsy was done, and pathologic study of obtained specimen confirmed the CNS vasculitis. The patient treated with high dose Prednisolone, and fortunately she answered dramatically. Now the patient is well and she is only under medication with Anti Epileptic Drug for seizure control.
