A Case of Gonadoblastoma in Normal Fertil Man

Gonadoblastoma is a rare tumor, which occurs almost exclusively in-patients with some form of gonadal dysgenesia. In this article a patient is described with Gonadoblastoma but no dysgenesia in the pathology. The patient has normal anatomy and genital system function. He has 46-xy karyotype. It is interesting that he is fertile and has a normal offspring. This is a rare case that is phenotypically & genotypically normal.
