THE ROLE OF MODELING IN IMPLEMENTATION OF ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRANʹS CONSTITUTIONAL ARTICLE - THE CASE OF ARTICLE NINE

Some concepts in law are inherently vague. This include concepts such as freedom, independence, unity and territorial integrity, that make the building blocks of article nine, an important and interesting article of the Islamic Republic of Iranʹs constitution. This paper investigates the implemen taion of article nine by modeling it using organizational theory, classical and fuzzy logic. Sixteen different interpretations and models, are considered and the one with horizontal power relationship is chosen as a candidate for further investigations by law experts.
