After the independence of Russian Federation, Israel have been one of the most important Political - economical parthners of this country. Presence of about one million Russian in Israel, have make the situation very different. These people which among them are many specialists and high educated persons, have changed pshychological atmosplere of Israel society. With respect to impacts of ateist taughts of communism era, their attitudes have been changed toward Jewish state and its functions. These changes are in contradiction to Zionists approaches about Jwish state. For Russia, Israel is a window to America and its technological acheivments of western countries. Technological relation has a very important situation for this country. By expansion political and economic relations with Israel, Russia can be closer to Americaʹs helps. This article emphasises on the political - economic - social - cultural causes of Russia - Israel relations.
