what is the attitude of Islam towards terror & terrorism? This article tries to answer this question. In answering to the question first, the terror will be defined in old & new literature. Then, religious regard of terror will be examined in Verses of Quran and traditions after that. The difference between terror & Islamic punishment will be discussed and finally, some of the Islamic traditions and historical events that are pulled out by some people to show them as terror license in its new concept will be discussed here. This article ends with the result that Islam rejects the terror.
