MECHANISMS OF POWER CONTROL BASES & FUNCTIONS

The applicability of power for civil societies has two different directions. On the one hand, as a guarantee for the implementation of laws, security and freedom; it is a necessity for civil societies which can not be avoided. On the other hand, it may be applied as the most powerful element of aggression towards rights, security and civil liberties, if it is not be under the control. The theoretical consideration of the nature of power and its philosophical existence, from different points of views as well as the examination and analysis of objective and practical activities of liberals, champions and political scientists in obtaining the individual rights and freedoms, as well as the control helps us generally to analyze the suitable position of power in civil societies as a main goal of this article.
