ISLAMIC STATE AND PRODUCTION OF RELIGIOUS THOAGHT

What is the relationship between power and knowledge, particularly religious knowledge, such as political philosophy and political figh in Islamic world? In this issue there are three different points of view among Moslem thinkers: 1) Theory of priority (autenticity) of knowledge to power, 2) Theory of association of power I knowledge, 3) Theory of priority of action and power to knowledge. In this essay our hypothesis is the priority of action and power to knowledge. In this critical analysis we insist on relationship of our traditional knowledge with ancient structure of state in Islamic world. Transition of Islamic socitey to new structure of power leads us to take care of necessity of revolution in religious thought and probable consequences of this discoursive change.
