چكيده لاتين :
The present research studies the existance of verbal aggression in Tehranʹs guidance schools from students and teachers viewpoints. Subjects consist of 498 students of guidance schools( boys and girls) and 43 teachers. Rsearch findings highlight the fact that there exists verbal aggression in schools not only between students but also between teachers and students. The most important factors causing the verbal aggression of students is seen by them as unpieasunt educational environment, the student-teacher relationships and voluminous school text books. Teachers see the cause in the students family and cultural background. The students see the cause of teachers verbal aggression as being their uncapability to teach, their low income and the lake of cooperation between teachers while teachers themselves see the cause as the teachers unwillingness to teach. Teachers have a more positive opinion than students as to the school reactions faced with verbal aggression of students and teachers.
