This Paper is analyzing the relationship between teachersʹ participative management including:
*performing cooperative learning methods:(Jigsaw, STAD,...)
*practice participative classroom manegerial function.
* abilities and skilb as a teacher: active listening ,...
and studentsʹ civil society behavior including:
*civil society knowledge: civic education,....
*civil society attitudes& tendencies: tolerance, trust,...
*civil society practice: cooperation, participation in rituals, ....
The statistical sampel covered 300 students out of 10 middle schools in Tehran city chosen by(random) cluster sampling . Findings were analyzed by pearson product moment correlation coefficient and step wise multiple regression. the result showed a positive relationship between two main variables. out of 9 relationships, 7 is meaningful, (max: r= 0/36, min r=0/16)
