چكيده لاتين :
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the level of principalship skill(as recorded by a questionnaire) from the teachers point of view. As a unit of observation, senior high school boys, science majors in Teheran were used. 146 high school teachers were chosen on the basis of random sampling. Students grade point was used as a dependent variable. Also, 3153 students average was colleted as an indicator of students educational progress. The results showed that eventhough the principals were at a high level of principalship skills no significant correlation was seen between principalship skills and students educational progress.
