چكيده لاتين :
One of the most important components in education system is teaching - learning Process. The essential elements in this processes are teacher and learner. Usually in this field, important questions asked by Philosophers. In spite of applied and theoreitcal studies in this field, still one of the important problems in educational system is related to the role of teacher and learner in teaching- learning process. The reason is the problematic aspect of the present study. Regarding this matter, two perspective have dominated the scene, one of which is related Logical Empricism, and the other perspective regards pragmatism. Despite that each of these approches have educational implications, it seems that educational systems need to integrate these approches to resolve their educational problems.
