بررسي اثرات منابع دانه گرده بر خصوصيات فيزيكي و شيميايي خرماي شاهاني جهرم

Study of Pollen Sources Effects on Physicochemical Charecteristics of Jahrom"Shahani" Date.

The direct effect of the pollen on the seed and fruit parts outside the embryo sac is called metaxenia and immediate effect of pollen on endosperm is xenia.This phenomena has caught the attention of investigators. Because of the importance of non-synchronous ripening of fruits in Shahany cultivar in Jahrom,this experiment was conducted in 1995. The effect of four sources of pollen (Ghannamy, Mazafaty, Kabkab, Shahany (chek) on quality and quantity of fruitset in Shahany cultivar was studied in Jahrom. The results showed that the pollen of Mazafaty is most effective on fruit weight and fruit diameter.The pollen of Ghannamy increased percent of tamar,therefore enhanced ripening of fruit in Shahany cultivar.
