Composite resection of the anterior and Lateral floor of mouth and jaw produces devastating functional and cosmetic morbidity for a patient. In recent decades plastic reconstructive surgeons could resolve these problems using vasculirized bone-containing free flaps (VBCFFs) or osteomyocutaneus flaps. Our patient was a 70 year old woman who had a T4 alveolar ridge SCC. In one stage we resected a segment of mandible and we reconstructed it with pectoralis magor osteomyocutaneus flap. After tumor resection there was minimal morbidity, good shape and improved speech and swallowing (7).
