The Impact of Public Sector Managersʹ Value System in Generating Administrative Corruption

"Power centrality and governmental monopoly", Unaccountability of governmental sector", and "Negative motives of employees in public sector" constitute institutional factors of corruption in public administration. Each of these factors has some sub-factors. Given different value systems for confronting with administrative corruption, the most affective factors are represented in the proposed model of this research. This research seeks the impact of public managersʹ value systems in the appearance of administrative corruption. Managers in Khuzestan public sector have formed the statistical community for this research. The findings of this research reveal that there is a correlation between the value system and the institutional and social factors of producing administrative corruption.
