The modem Theories and views of organizational leadership opens a new vision in the pathway of directing organizations and their movement in the ways of development and give the managers and leaders the necessary information for facting the environmental changes. In this article after giving some description about the model of transformational leadership OB, different factors and dimenstions of transformational leadership model has been viewed. Then the testing tools of this method (MLQ) which are used in the world have presented for announcing the investigators of this field. In the end, in addition to concluding, some suggestion for using this model in IRAN were done.
