چكيده لاتين :
For evaluating the effect of strain rate and temperature variation on the microstructural change of maraging steel with and without cobalt, the wedge compression tests have been used. By hot forging of wedge shape specimen at 11000C and 12000C and microstructural evaluation of them , it become possible to show the variation of microstructures with strain at various point of speciment. In order to establish a relation between the amount of strain and microstructure, wedge deformation has been simulated using ABAQUS sorftware. In this way it become possible to define the amount of deformation at any point of specimen. Results of microstructural evaluation show that besides the occurrences of dynamic recrystallization in alloys contain cobalt and without cobalt in the range of deformations and temperatures experienced by wedge test, a refind structure was attained. Also it has been shown the capability of using experimental and simulation results combination for defining the desired range of temperature and deformation for assessing suitable microstructure.
