There are always cases that a compressible fluid flow passing through a duct is subjected to heat transfer to/from that duct. Also, it is obvious that the wall friction shall be present. Therefore, it is useful to study the effect of these two phenomena on the properties of flow. Thus, the governing equations are derived firstly and then are solved. Since, the resulting equations have not specific analytical solution, numerical methods are sought which have their own complexity as well. For avoiding sophisticated numerical calculations, an approximate solution is provided. Finally, the acceptable domain of the inexact method is studied.
