I n this investigation , we want to introduce "Neyriz Jameʹ " mosque with itʹs elements and details. Neyriz , is one of the most ancient cities of Persia .This city is located at the east side of Shiraz (distance : 230 km). Neyriz , with the area of 13000 sq. meter, is one of the largest cities of Fars province. "Neyriz Jameʹ " mosque is one of the most ancient Iranian mosques. It was built in the first centuries of Islamic Period and itʹs probable that this mosque is located on the ruins of an ancient fire temple of Sasanian dynasty in ancient Persia. This mosque, has some rare specifications, that we canʹt see in other historical mosques. "Mehrab" (altar) of this mosque, with itʹs elegant plaster- moulding ,is one of the most valuable elements of this mosque, that we draw and explain itʹs details completely. Our team draw the plan , facades and sections of this mosque , with smallest details and itʹs the first presentation of these plans , 3-d volumes and details. Furthermore, to complete the body of our investigation, we
use different books and references , such az "Andre Godard" researches on this mosque and we interviewed different experts ,to under-stand some details of the mosque (for example inscriptions).
We hope that this research, can help students and investigators for future researches on this valuable mosque.
