THE INTERACTIVE ROLE OF INDUSTRIAL DESIGN & SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT ON IMPLEMENTATION OF NATIONAL INDUSTRIES

Sustainable Development" as a term has been mostly referred to environmental based approaches; therefore it has had a long way to reach its fundamental strategic position in comparison to other patterns of development. The aim of this research was to illuminate those hidden aspects of this new approach so that there could be a transcendence in this context toward itsʹ fundamental position. The main results of this research might be classified into these manners: A) Adaptability with environment is just only one factor of defining sustainability in sustainable development. "Incursions of Development" & "Cultural Dynamism" are defined as two main factors that with "Environmental Adaptability" can be defined as three main parameters of sustainable development. B) The essence of sustainable development can be traced by "Design Paradigm". Design as a paradigm is defined versus "Engineering Paradigm"; neglecting such this key point has been the reason of reduction of sustainable development from a basic strategy to a very criticism method. C) Since application of design paradigm in strategies of industrial development and cultural based approaches was always defined through the term of "Industrial Design", therefore the interactivity of industrial designʹs methodology and sustainable development theories is a the guarantied base for an effective execution of a sustainable development , both in theoretical and practical aspects.
