Urban Space is one of the attractive issuses that many of scientists are dealin with. In their opinion the importance of it is due to its relationship Bitween that and social strategy, social structure, creation of the qualities of humanity in society, Expression of active life, political Activity ,and etc. But because of emphesis on aesthetic aspect and space form in recognition, analysis and generation of this Type of space in city ,the surveying of content is necessary. The issuse of this paper is to Explain in the theoretical framework of content of urban space with regard to the esential factors and social cultural forces which determines the content of urban spaces. This framework help urderestand and analysis The content of urban space. On the other Hand ;in the context of this framework, the defining of terms of urban space is developed and in this view urban space is as a social, cultural and phisical domain. That is to say, Not only we must see the aesthetics characteristics; but also social and cultural forces that creates the content of urban space.
