Modified Coprecipitated Study of Aging and Regeneration Iron Catalyst with HZSM-5 Zeolites in Fischer-Tropsch Process

The change in activity, selectivity, conversion and product octane number were studied for Fe/Cu/K catalyst modWed with HZSM-5 Zeolite in F-T process. The test were carried out using a fixed bed stainless steel reactor for] 700 hr with the following conditions: temperature 290°C; pressure, 17 bar; H2/CO=1.0; GHSV-3.07 nl(g.Fe.h)-1. At the end of reaction, catalyst regeneration carried out by diluted oxygen with nitrogen with following condition: temperature, 290°C; pressure, 1 bar; 02/N2=0.001; GHSV=14.18 nl(g.Fe.h)-1 for 20 h. Catalyst were characterized using TPR and XRD techniques and also catalysts acidity was measured by ammonium absorption technique. The results showed that the feed conversion enhance after regeneration.
