A Study of the Determining Factors in Technical and Vocational Trainees Entering Workplace

Human resources are one of the essential factors of economical and social development and growth in any society. It is obvious that educational investment specially Technical & Vocational trainings related to human resources and their employment is one of the basic indicators in determination of its development. Lack of coordination between these trainings and employment will cause crisis. This article not only attempts to review the employment status of technical and vocational trainees in Mazandaran provice but also analyzes the obstacles and effective factors for their employment in the labour market. Researche results have shown that skilled trainees cannot find their appropriate job in industrial and agricultural sectors (specially in relation to women). The reasons are: They are not known to employers appropriately, loss of appropriate relation with employers and financial problems. In addition, quality improvement of skills training courses has an important role in their employment.
