Development Plans after Islamic Revolution Victory of Iran and Their Effects on Rural Areas

Most world countries destiny in every period of history especially Iran has related to Rural destiny. Considering Agricultural activities principal in rural and consuming food material supply them, pay attention to rural and agriculture can play much essential role in order to self produce and progress in economical, social and cultural development planning in every country. It was planned 6 programs development after Islamic Revolution. The first three programs did not appear under critical conditions after Revolution, and they changed as temporary plan actually. It was done 2 plans under economical, social and cultural development plans titles began since 1368 to end of 1378 and third economic, social and cultural planning Islamic Republic Of Iran development started since 1379 and is going on. It was considered serious agricultural development and rural constructions especially when agriculture accounted as a basic development following second programs. It has surveyed rural placement broad and agricultural specific aspect during construction planningʹs after Revolution. It will also explain positive and weakness points.
