A Study on Effective Factors in Absorption Securities to TSE(Tehran Stock Exchange)

The Stock exchanges help the absorption of securities to capital markets and improve their transactions which in turn could influence the performance of different economic activities whether in manufacturing or service sectors. The identification of the effective factors in absorption of securities helps policy-makers to provide the necessary ground for strengthening the securities markets as well as the whole economy through adoption of macro - economic policies and proper laws and regulations. A study on the above-mentioned factors could identify the shortcomings in Iranʹs capital market and provide some mechanisms for removing them. This study reviews the literature, analyses the features of Iranʹs stoke exchanges and finally tests the efficiency of TSE in absorption of securities using the field data obtained through Linker and statistical methods. The results show that the TSEʹs efficiency in absorption of securities is low.
