Analytical Study of Pecularities of Performance of Department (Sector) of Residence at Isfahan City

In the present study, performance of residence market of the city of Isfahan during the recent years has been analysed. At first it has been attempted to study the achievements of residence sector as it regards increase of the production, along with quantitative and qualitative improvement of the situation and then it has been strived to categorize and investigate the existent problems and strained circumstances. Accordingly, first we will present a portrait of the situation of residence in Isfahan during the few past decades and then the developments of construction and market prices of residence will be studied. Finally we will present conclusions and analytical evaluation of the situation and performance of residence market in Isfahan city.
