of Payments from Moniterism Approach: A Case Study on the Relation Between Economic Security and Balance of Payments

Balance of payments and its function is one of the macroeconomics indexes in explanantion of economic changes. Any imbalances which can he emerged in the proces of economic activities has inevitable impacts on the other economic variables. Analysing balance of payments has different methods; One of them is monetary approach; used data and tests in this article show that this approach gives a sufficent explanation for the causes of economic imbalances. Other results of this study are 1) there is strong reaction between economic security and balance of payments and 2) imbalances can he overcome by using a non - interest banking system.
