ارتباط استرس شغلي با پاسخهاي رواني و رفتار ماماهاي شاغل در بيمارستانهاي دولتي استان يزد در سال 1378

During the recent decade , the topic of " stress and its effects on an organization" has been one of the main topics in the field of management of organizational behavior . Stress in any organization like a plague can be detrimental to all efforts. As a result , every year , there is a great loss in capital , because the employees want to quit or change their jobs as a result of their occupational stress. This study was carried out on 93 working midwives of governmental hospitals in Yazd province who were selected using census method. Its purpose was to determine the relationship between job stress and psychological behavioral responses. The data was acquired by questionnaires and then processed and analyzed by descriptive-deductive statistics and the relationship between job stress and psychologial behavioral responses was evaluated. The results indicated that there was a direct relationship between the occupational stress and psychologial behavioral responses (p< 0.001 ) . Morever , there was an inverse relationship between the occupational stress and the job satisfaction ( P<0.001 ) Since an obvious relationship between the occupational stress and their psychological behaioral responses like fatigue after working hours and an inclination to quit the job was detected ,and because of the inevitability of some stressors in midwifery and also , the necessity for for their prevention , all managers of hygienic organizations should think about ways of improving job environments and educate employees about coping techniques. .
