Today, organizational development depends on improving knowledge, skills, and the productivity of human resources. Therefore, most leading companies and institutions focus on the effectiveness of training courses and development of human resources. The proper positioning of training for organizational development is a great mission for every company.
This article describes the position of training in the mission statement of organizationsʹ development and reviews the necessity of training evaluation.
The author presents some definitions for effectiveness and evaluation of training effectiveness, along with related factors in the effectiveness of training courses. The article, further discuses real cases from inside and outside of the country.
