Study on selection of suitable culture media for cultivation of Clostridium chauvoei by fermenter

In all biological systems growth is defined as increase of chemical compounds. Bacteria can achieve to balanced growth if they are growing in a medium, which are completely adapted to it. CI. chauvoei cultivation in bottle is specified with its high gas production and low turbidity. In this study we adapted CI. chauvoei to grow in fermenter and we suggested a new medium for this purpose, which short duration of culture period, high gas production, high turbidity and high number of bacteria per/ml of suspension are its specificity. Furthermore cultivation of CI. chauovei in fermenter is simpler than cultivation in bottle and there would be less chance of contamination because all steps are done in fermentation chamber and there is no transportation in the expose air area.
