چكيده لاتين :
The process-orientation school of thought is an approach focuses on process in an organization to bring changes in business and removes the weakness of todayʹs challenging organizations. Process is a theme of operations with interaction and relations among them with each other which all together brings valuable results towards the customers. There are lots of non-value added activities which should he removed and substituted with new value added activities in all organizations. In that case the organizations will focus on the value added activities to reach productivity by increasing in speed, quality and improvement in services which ultimately cause decreasing the production cost. This article focuses on importance of processes in organization, the role of process-orientation in organizational productivity and the changes required to he done in processes to reach productivity by improving "Singh & Muckerjy" model of productivity which highlights the relation between the organizational change, processes and productivity.
