روش فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي و كاربرد آن در توزيع بودجه روكش آسفالت راههاي اصلي ايران

Well developed Analytical Hierarchy Process (A.H.P.) is one of the methods employed for multi-criteria decision making. Simplicity, generality, and ability to calculate the "inconsistency ratio "are among the main features of the methods. In this paper, while introducing AHP and discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the well known Expert Choice software, specification of the software developed in this research (R2 2002) is presented. R2 2002 is capable of conducting statistical analysis on the information provided by the experts while minimizing the restrictions on Expert Choice. Employing RS 2002 and considering the available information on indices regarding priorities on highway pavements in Iran, priorities of ongoing projects as well as planned projects under have been developed and projects with lower priorities have been highlighted.
