بررسي ارتباط روشهاي مقابله اي با اعتقادات مذهبي و فعاليت هاي اجتماعي در زوجهاي نابارور مراجعه كننده به مركز ناباروري يزد

Infertility is a stressor that affects both husbands and wives . Infertility treatment involves more complicated, uncomfortable and humbling medical procedures for women. The strategies used by couples to cope up with the problems have a positive effect on their mental health.This survey was an analyic- descriptive study and was performed by cross sectional method in order to assess the relationship of coping strategies with religious beliefs and social activities in infertile couples who referred to the infertility center in Yazd. 153 couples who referred to the infertility center of ART participated in this survey.Data was gathered by three questionnaires which included Personal Characteristics and Standard scale of coping ways. The latter evaluated the strategies of stress copings. In this questionnaire, there were different kinds of strategies for problem - focused coping , emotional-focused coping and less useful and ineffective methods. Results showed that there was a significant difference between men and women in using coping methods.We also understood that there was meaningful equilibrium beween coping methods ,end religious beliefs , social activities and performing exercises.
