چكيده لاتين :
Nursing is a stressful profession and nursing students are exposed to stresses of both the training and clinical environments. This fact brings about negative effects on their educational improvements and causes various psychiatric illnesses in them. The purpose of this study was to investigate the sources of stress in nursing students of various years during the baccalureat program in 4 cities of Rasht, Mashhad, Zahedan & Shiraz. It was a descriptive study on 318 baccalaureate Nursing students who were selected by the randomized Clustering method. Data was collected ʹ using BECK questionnaires (30 items) and analyzed by using frequency distiributions and t. test, Content analysis and analysis of Variance. Results showed that the student ʹs had experienced high levels of stress (x=2.50) and because of this fact, they were at a risk of developing physical and psychiatric illnesses. The high ranking items were related to: job development attitudes and expections of other professionals to wards the nursing profession, lack of free time and difference between theoretical. trainings & clinical trainings. There was a significant relationship between the source of stress and parent ʹs education , clinical training and place of residence.
