مقايسه سازگاري زناشويي معلمان مرد دبستانهاي شهر اهواز براساس همساني هيجان خواهي با همسرانشان

The peresent study was carried out to compare the marital adjustment of male teachers in Ahvaz primary schools on the basis of consistency of sensation seeking with their wives. The population of this study included all male teachers of primary schools in Ahvaz. The sample of this study consisted of 270 male teachers and their wives (totally 540) that were chosen by simple random sampling. The instruments used in this study were: 1) Family Assessment Device (Epstine, Baldwin & Bishop, 1983). 2) Sensation Seeking Scale (V) (Zuckerman, 1978). The results of this study showed that there is a signifcant difference between male teachers marital adjustment in four groups of sensation seeking, four groups of experience seeking, four groups of disinhibition & four groups of boredom. The results of Scheffe test showed that marital adjustment of the first group (both of male and female who high sensation seekers) was significantly lower than the other groups.
