Because of high strength and low weight, the composite materials are very suitable for structural engineers. These materials, generally, are nonhomogeneous and anisotropic and have different properties in different directions. With accomplishing of special acts we can obtain the characteristics of these materials and their engineering parameters. Elastic constants and strength are the most basic characteristics. There are four independent coefficients for single layer composite materials, which are: modulus of elasticity in same and normal to the directions of fibers, shearing modulus and Poisson ratio, in this paper we try that use a non destructive method and by measuring the natural frequencies using modal analysis for determination of elastic constants 0- these materials.
