Preparation of PVC/ NBR - BR blends and Study of Their Mechanical Properties

Poly (vingl chloride) is one of the important and Widely used thermoplastics in the polymer industries. Various research work have been carried out on blending of PVC with other polymers for the improvement of properties And attaining specific composites . one of the most important blends of PVC is with nitril rubber obtained by mechanical mixing technique . In thes paper, the blending of PVC with nitrile rubber and also its replacement with BR are reported .Various percentages were used to study the different mixing parameters. The blends prepared were tested for mechanical properties, I. e. tensile strength , elongation and tearing strength.
