چكيده لاتين :
This research attempts to recognize the intrinsic characteristics of leaders and what distinguishes them from ordinary people. It opens with a review of leadership literature, and then takes a deep glance at Iranian organizations by conducting a Delphi technique interview with experts. To analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership theories in practice, some managers who have succeeded to overcome business crises were interviewed.
This research concludes that leadershipʹs widely known meaning, i.e. "having a vision" and coordinating people with it is not sufficient in many cases. This research suggests a new conceptual model for effective leadership in a business crisis that is mostly accompanied with adaptive changes.
