نگرش ها، تعاريف و ويژگي هاي توليد در كلاس جهاني و ارايه يك مدل مفهومي

World class manufacturing is one of the important and influential concepts and terminologies proposed (in industrial engineering) in recent years. It is said that WCM is the only subject indicating prevalence and significance of fundamental changes currently occurring in industrial organizations. There exist some different views in this regard. Authors differ with each other on considering WCM a philosophy, a process, a methodology or a goal. Authors and experts have proposed different definitions and features for WCM organizations. In the following article, concepts, definitions and features of a WCM organization has been discussed and different views have been studied. Various differences exist in definitions and features of a WCM organization. This article studies, discusses and classifies various views and proposes a new definition with consideration of manufacturing organization features in WCM and includes a systematic view and pays attention to key internal and external factors of an organization. In addition, this article proposes a conceptual model based on the new definition for internal and external factors of a WCM organization. The above - mentioned model can contribute to formulating of a strategy for organizations that are willing to achieve a world class manufacturing status.
