A Cue Report of PPNET with Idiopathic Urinary Retention

A nine years old girl was admitted to the hospital because of the urinary retention and inability to control her urination . Many investigations were done for finding the causes of the urinary retention with no result . Therefore psychologic etiology was suggested for her . Twenty days after her first admission , she started suffering from the pain in the right leg and difficulty to walk . MRI and Clʹ - scan of brain was normal . In the sonography a mass was found in the pelvis that was pressing the bladder . In mass biopsy , PPNET was diagnosed and chemotherapy was started for the patient .
