عوامل موثر بر مشاركت معلمين در بهداشت دانش آموزان مدارس ابتدايي شهر تهران

This study was a descriptive- analytical one .A total of 473 teachers were selected randomly from 3 zones of the education department. The mean age of the teachers was 38.45 years , 82% were ladies. 64.7 % had a diplomate , while 10.8 % had a batchelors or a higher degree . The mean score of the awareness level of the teachers about students health care was 80 points (High) , and their attitude score was 64 (medium) . The attitude of the teachers had a direct influence on their participation (P<0.05) . Similarly, gender educational qualification and the place of their graduation had a meaningful relation with the health care standards of the schools . It seems that by implementing educational programs for the teachers and bringing about active participation of the teachers in various health care programs , we can improve the health care standards of students in primary schools .
