چكيده لاتين :
In order to increase percent of opening florets, longevity and decreasing ethylene product, a research was done based on randomized complete block in three replications through factorial experiment in Malek Abed Garden of Mashad in 2003. In this research, tuberose corms were soaked in 0, 50, 100 and 150ppm concentration of GA3 for 24 hours. After planting and picking the spikes, those stored in a 5 04 cold storage which was exposed to ethanol in 4 concentration, including 0 ,%4, %6 and %8. The results showed that these three characteristics were influenced by GA3, ethanol and those interaction. In this regards GA3 with 100ppm concentration produced the least ethylene and increased considerable prefrence to control mean. It also had a strong effect on those two characteristics. Also, the interaction of GA3 with 100 ppm concentration and ethanol with %4 cocentration not only decreased the ethylene product, but also had strong impacts on the percent of opening florets and longevity, in comparison with the other treatments. This treatment decreased ethylene product to 2.39ppm. Furthermore it increases percent of opening florets to %47.3 and longevity to 12.4 days.The interaction of GA3 with 50 ppm concentration and ethanol with %4 concentration increased longevity to 13.5 days.
